In 2013, we opened South Jersey Breastfeeding Center in Haddon Township with the intention of bringing breastfeeding support to South Jersey moms. We began with offering private consultations and a weekly support group. We had such a great response from our community of moms and within months we began forming community partnerships with other small businesses in the area. We found ourselves saying time and again to each other and the hundreds of moms we've encountered in consultations and support groups- it takes a village... We knew that in order to continue supporting moms throughout their journey through motherhood we needed to provide more services and offerings.

 

We are so proud of the community of women we have helped to build, both professionally and personally. In January 2016, we moved to 421 N. Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield and our dreams have become a reality as we expanded into a Pre and Postnatal Wellness Center. Our partners in creating this new village are Holimomma Yoga, Fitness 4U and Momraderie the boutique at The Village. Please click on the links to learn more about their businesses and offerings. These community partnerships will elevate what used to be known as South Jersey Breastfeeding Center into what we've always known it could be The Village- South Jersey Breastfeeding and Wellness.

Momraderie has transitioned to an online only store to allow Emily to focus more on her growing family!  

Birth Freely Birth Services has joined us at The Village as our Coordinator of Prenatal Programs.  

We are super excited to welcome Cat to our Village family.

*Update Spring 2018*

We are on the move!  

We have outgrown our current space and will be moving to a bigger location in Collingswood this summer.  Our new space will have 3 offices plus a bigger community space to allow us to offer more services.
